Pot exista mici întârzieri în perioadele din apropierea sărbătorilor, Black Friday, etc. sau datorită condițiilor meteo nefavorabile. O comandă expediată vineri va fi livrată luni.

Livrare prin curier la adresa dorită

Costul de livrare este de 35.00 RON indiferent de valoarea comenzii insa se poate modifica in functie de greutatea produsului. Contravaloarea coletului se poate achita la curier în sistem ramburs sau poate fi achitat si online prin card bancar.

Ridicare personală

Orice comandă se poate ridica personal de la adresa sediului nostru Str. Dumbravei nr. 200, loc. Dumbrava Rosie, jud. Neamt, fără vreo altă taxă de procesare, în afară de contravaloarea comenzii. Comenzile cu ridicare personală de la sediul nostru se păstrează în sediu timp de 2 zile. Dacă nu sunt ridicate în acest decurs, comanda ta va fi anulată. Comenzile ridicate personal se pot achita atât în numerar, cât și cu cardul sau prin transfer bancar, înainte de predare.

Urmărirea comenzii

După plasarea comenzii, un reprezentant ToyoParts va verifica cererea și te va contacta în cel mai scurt timp. Poți verifica statusul comenzii oricând apelând numărul nostru de telefon 0757 627 399, iar noi îți vom oferi toate informațiile necesare.

După ce comanda a fost predată curierului, vei primi un mesaj cu numărul AWB al comenzii pe numărul de telefon pe care ni l-ai furnizat. Cu acel număr de AWB poți urmări comanda la serviciul de curierat DPD accesând pagina lor aici.

Produsele beneficiază de o garanție comercială de 30 zile.

Produsele defecte în perioada de garanție comercială vor fi returnate, însoțite de următoarele documente:

  • Copie Factură fiscală
  • Copie după certificatul de înmatriculare al autovehiculului sau cartea de identitate
  • Dovadă montării pieselor într-un service autorizat R.A.R (deviz de montaj) și documentele fiscale aferente
  • Notă de constatare întocmită de persoană care a analizat cazul.

Produsele se pot returna prin două metode

  • Printr-o firmă de curierat la adresa Str. str. Dumbravei nr. 200, Loc. Dumbrava Roșie, jud. Neamț, 610004
  • Fie direct la sediul nostru, dacă este posibil, situat la aceeași adresă, str. Dumbravei nr. 200, Loc. Dumbrava Roșie, jud. Neamț, 610004

Daca doresti schimbarea produsului, ai urmatoarele optiuni:

  • Respecți condițiile de retur și procedura de retur detaliata mai sus si sa efectuezi o noua comanda.
  • Returnezi produsele direct la sediul nostru, situat pe Str. str. Dumbravei nr. 200, Loc. Dumbrava Roșie, jud. Neamț, 610004 si sa achizitionezi alte produse.

Dreptul de anulare a comenzii

Ai dreptul de a anula comanda, indeplinind conditiile de mai jos:

  • Daca nu este finalizata comanda online (checkout), poti anula procesul apasand butonul inapoi de pe browser-ul tau.
  • în cazul în care ai plasat comanda online și ai primit mailul de confirmare poți cere anularea comenzii în maxim 12 ore, telefonic la numărul 0757 627 399. Rambursarea sumei platite se va face intr-un cont bancar comunicat in scris de catre consumator, in cel mult 30 de zile de la data denuntarii contractului.

Produse livrate greșit / nu au ajuns la destinatar

In cazul in care s-a livrat alt produs decat cel comandat.

Costurile de retur pentru situatiile prezentate mai sus (nu si in cazul renuntarii la cumparare) cad in sarcina magazinului nostru.

Solicitarile de retur se notifica pe site-ul nostru catre Departamentul Suport Clienti in termen de 12 ore de la primirea produsului.

Produs in colet deteriorat

Pentru produsele ale caror colete prezinta deteriorari vizibile la primirea prin curier, va recomandam sa refuzati receptia lor.

Pentru dovezi, coletul poate fi fotografiat si se poate intocmi un proces verbal impreuna cu reprezentantul firmei de curierat in care sa fie mentionata starea coletului din momentul livrarii.

Riscul de pierdere sau de deteriorare a produselor va este transferat integral in momentul in care intrati in posesia fizica a produsului.

Orice reclamatie ulterioara nu va fi luata in considerare. In cazul in care se utilizeaza un transportator insarcinat de catre consumator, riscul este transferat in momentul livrarii produselor catre transportator.
